RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

   Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

   Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

   Contact us by email before sending anything back. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

   Return instructions will be provided once the request is approved.

3. REFUNDS

   Refunds for the product price and the original delivery costs will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. RETURN AND SHIPPING COSTS

   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

5. NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

   Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

6. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

   If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.
